INGRIDS TRANSFORMATION JOURNEY

I will honestly admit that I was very skeptical when Cindy asked me if I wanted to join the project "Klumification 2013/14": In 6 months, I was going to be new with the help of training 5 days a week and a change in diet. I wasn't overweight, but I had a little extra around my stomach, hips and thighs that for some reason had never disappeared after my two children were born 6 and 8 years ago, respectively.

It wasn't the training that scared me the most, but the dietary changes: No one should mess with our Friday tacos!! Also, I have a husband who is quite peculiar in the way of food, and two daughters who are even worse. No, this was never going to work... Should I somehow cook dinner for them in addition to my own "diet meal" for myself?!!! Doesn't she know that I work full time??? I don't have time for this; No, it was definitely not for me! On the other hand; It's only for six months. And it would have been a bit fun to see what happens to my body during this time. It is only a short-term project.

 

Yes; I decided to try, even though I was pretty sure it would never be possible; Cindy would probably give up, and "release me" early. When October came, we got started.

Okay; There was a lot of training, and several times I didn't feel like it. I was tired and bored and felt sorry for myself. But Cindy found new training methods adapted to my schedule, my mood and my daily fitness. Several times a week I took part in group training classes, but she also came to my house, and had PT classes there. Eventually, it became part of my daily routine, and then it was no longer a chore. The diet was also surprisingly easy.

 

We started with 3 weeks of detox. I was super-skeptical, and it started with a severe headache because I couldn't drink coffee. But after a couple of days, the shape was fine. Cindy sent me tips and recipes for everything I wanted, be it sweets, salty snacks, dinners, breakfasts, lunches, you name it. -I've never been so eager in the kitchen before. And everything was family-friendly, and good!! I even made healthy chocolate - which actually tasted great! Why had no one told me about this before?!!

The Friday taco, which I was so afraid that someone would mess with, was upgraded, both in terms of health and taste. Now we will never go back to the bag variant. When the three weeks of detox were over, I didn't want to stop. Okay, coffee was reintroduced, and wine for the weekend coziness, but otherwise I was very happy with my new diet. I was allowed to freak out properly once a week. When the Christmas party season started, about two months after I committed to this project, I could see a big difference. I hadn't lost much weight, but my body had changed; It had become tighter and much more defined. I was told where I went. This was a huge motivation in itself, and I was eager to continue.

Suddenly, it was summer, and the project was over. For the first time in many years, I was comfortable in a bikini. I felt amazing!!!

 

It was almost a little sad when it was all over. I will miss the close, good follow-up I received from Cindy 24/7. But the tools she gave me I will have with me for the rest of my life. Be it the joy of training, knowledge of diet, and the desire and ability to take care of myself. I am very happy that I finally decided to join the "Klumification Project", it feels like I have regained the lead role in my life! I recommend everyone to join this; You get a tailor-made program that suits you where you are today, and leads you to where we want to be tomorrow.
