Strenght training

Strenght training for beginners, for runners and bike riders to pro athletes.

 

We work to achieve your desired goals and physique with basic and or specific strenght training.

Weightloss

The sessions is a mix between cardio and strenght training for weightloss.

 

For best reuslt I reccomend adding a diet plan.

For big results you can book a tranformation plan

Pilates & flexibility

Pilates and flexibility can be done alone or as a part of the other fitness plans.

Good mobility and a strong core is key to succed with strenght training.
